Remember in 3.4 Hanna commented that Melissa was more anal than Spencer? Of course it wasn’t just a side comment. It sticks with you.
So, we see it again in 3.10.

Toby is Lying...
I sadly feel that Toby is lying to Spencer, yet again. Marlene King, the Pretty Little Liars writer, tweeted a while back that Toby joined the A Team back in the first season. But in the last episode, Toby tells Spencer that he only joined RECENTLY..which would HAVE to be a lie since Marlene told us otherwise..
