I knew there was something throughout the series that pointed to Ali having something to do with Paris and an anonymous ask that i just received pointed me out to this so i take no credit for it but thank whoever it was !
Ali spoke french to Spencer when she visited her in a dream in S2x24 and mentioned that she was “taking some for the road”. a simple google translate detected what language it is for me. i’m also trying to find another clue from season one that might point to this theory.
Is it possible that Ali has been hiding out in Paris all this time?

When the girls left for the ball Spencer said "Melissa's curled up on the couch in her pajamas", but when we see Melissa "next" she's at the scene of Maya's death. She would have time to be the black swan and then get home and change into regular clothes because the black swan ran out early.
yes ! it might be answered in the next episode as it shows the feathers i think it is in the much music promo. it has to be her. yes she had plenty of time to do all of that ! and the fact that she has been the black swan before? same costume maybe? the whole aria/black swan movie promo coincidence? i think it was thrown in by the writers to throw us off. she HAS TO BE the black swan haha.

if Mona was so hurt by being dumped by Noel Kahn, then why didn’t her A personality seek revenge on him to? or does she know she can’t because he is part of the A team and even though they are not “together”, they are still working together as part of the A team?
A new still from the show’s June 26 episode reveals Melissa with a flat stomach — and no baby in sight.
When we last saw Melissa Hastings (Torrey DeVitto) on the second season ofPretty Little Liars, she was still sporting a massive baby bump — but when we next encounter her on the show’s June 26 episode, we’re going to see a noticeably different frame. I suspected Melissa may have suffered a miscarriage during the third season premiere, when Spencer (Troian Bellisario) told their mom not to worry about her, but it seems we have our first piece of concrete evidence.
If my suspicions are correct, this will have been the second time in the show’s history that Spencer’s older sister has lost a baby. Melissa revealed in season one that she and Ian (Ryan Merriman) went to Hilton Head for a secret abortion, only they didn’t have to go through with it because she already had a miscarriage. In fact, she said that miscarriage is what made her current pregnancy all the more special!
(Double sad.)
Or hey, maybe Melissa had the baby and Spencer’s discussion with her mom was about something else entirely. But if that’s true, what other problem could she now be facing?
